Feeling or showing vulnerability in some situations it is a normal experience. When we stop showing vulnerability in front of others, we are actually disregarding the opportunity to create new relationships, or even closing the doors to big opportunities, usually due to our fear of rejection.

In this episode, Dr. Carmen Roman talks with Patricia Young, LCSW about vulnerability from a psychological perspective. They explain how to recognize our vulnerability and what the positive aspects are.

Dr. Carmen Roman is a dedicated clinical psychologist who helps parents, families and community leaders who have suffered from trauma, anxiety or stress to manage their emotions, guiding them to a harmonious life.

Patricia Young is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience.  She lives in San Diego, CA and specializes in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs). Patricia has an extensive background in medical social work, bereavement and adoptions prior to specializing in HSPs.
