Have you ever felt like you're
exposed and defenseless in a simple or everyday
situation?
If
the answer is 'Yes', have you ever thought about the benefits that
this feeling can bring to your life?
Feeling or showing vulnerability in some
situations it is a normal experience. When we stop showing
vulnerability in front of others, we are actually disregarding the
opportunity to create new relationships, or even closing the doors
to big opportunities, usually due to our fear of
rejection.
